Privacy

Short version: we pass a buyer's inquiry to one service provider and to nobody else. We do not run a mailing list for sale, and the data we publish comes from public records.

This site

There is no mailing list to join, no advertising, no third-party analytics script and no tracking pixel on these pages. Our host keeps ordinary web server logs — address, time, page, user agent — for security and for working out what broke. We do not build profiles out of them and we do not sell them.

If you are a buyer and you send us a job

What you send us is: what the job is, where it is, when you need it, and how to reach you. We use it to decide whether the job is in scope for a client and in their service area.

• One client. If it fits, we pass it to a single service provider. We do not send the same inquiry to several providers, and we do not sell it again later.
• What we send them. The job description, the location, the timing and your business contact details — what the provider needs to quote and call you back. Nothing else.
• If it does not fit. We drop it. We do not keep it for a future mailing list, and we do not pass it on at a discount.
• Take it back. Write to us with remove in the subject and we delete the inquiry instead of passing it on. If it has already gone, we tell you which provider has it. If you got a note.

If you are a service provider or you wrote to us

We keep the business contact record we used to write to you, and the mail you send us, so we can answer it and so a billing dispute has a record. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. One line with stop in the subject ends it, and we confirm by mail.

Documents

If you send us a document — a manual, a catalog, a rate sheet — it stays private. We do not put a client's document on this public site and we do not pass it to anyone else.

The data we publish

Our report pages are built from files a public agency or registry has already published. We do not publish anything that identifies a private individual — no names of injured workers, patients or minors. Where a public file contains such a name, we strip it or we aggregate the row away.
