Dilisights is the operating name of Strata Data LLC. We agree the price and the definition of a qualified inquiry in writing before the first one is sent, and we invoice against what was actually delivered.

How the price is built

• Per qualified inquiry, by type. A warehousing inquiry, a freight move and an electrical quote are not the same job, and they are not priced the same.
• Set by market and area. Dense metro areas and thin rural territories price differently. Your service area is part of the quote.
• Volume tiers. A standing monthly volume is priced below an ad-hoc order, and comes with a cap so you are never surprised by the invoice.
• Quoted in writing. The number, the qualification rules and the volume cap all appear in one document before we start.

What is not in the price

We do not take a percentage of your invoice. We do not charge for inquiries we dropped in qualification. We do not require a monthly retainer to start, and we do not sell the same inquiry to a second client.

How the first batch works

A short call about your service area and the jobs you want, then a written scope and price, then a small first batch on terms you agree to. If the first batch is not what you were sold, tell us and we take it off the invoice. Write or call.

How the bill works

The invoice is a numbered PDF from Strata Data LLC and carries the remit-to details for a check or a wire. Checks and wires are payable to Strata Data LLC. A completed W-9 is available on request.

This site does not run a card form, and we do not ask for card details by mail. If someone asks you for card details claiming to be us, it is not us — tell us.

If an inquiry is wrong

Say which one and why — wrong area, wrong scope, not contactable, or already in your pipeline. We remove it from the invoice. That is the whole dispute process.
