What an inquiry is

An inquiry is a description of a job, from a buyer, passed to one client. It is not a contract, not an order, and not a promise of revenue. We do not quote the job, we do not bind the buyer, and we cannot make a buyer answer the phone. We qualify an inquiry against the rules agreed with you before the batch was sent, and that is the extent of what we promise.

Who we are, and who we are not

Dilisights is the operating name of Strata Data LLC. We are not a freight broker, we are not a carrier, we are not a licensed electrical contractor, and we are not the equipment maker whose manual one of our reference pages reads. We are not your company and we are not an employee or agent of yours.

Pricing and delivery

The price per qualified inquiry, the volume cap and the qualification rules are agreed in writing before the first batch. We invoice against inquiries actually delivered. We do not charge for inquiries dropped in qualification, we do not take a percentage of your invoice, and a monthly retainer is not required to start. Pricing.

One client per inquiry

An inquiry is delivered to a single client, and we do not sell it to a second one. If you believe an inquiry of yours was given to someone else, tell us and we will investigate and answer in writing.

Disputes

If an inquiry we delivered is wrong — wrong area, wrong scope, not contactable, or already in your pipeline — tell us which one and why, and we remove it from the invoice. That is the whole dispute process. Nothing else is promised: we do not promise a search ranking, a search position, a traffic figure, a bid result or any other business outcome.

Reference pages and published reports

A lookup page built from a maker's manual is a reading aid. It is not the manual, and it does not replace lockout or a qualified technician; where the maker's own instructions and our page differ, the maker's instructions govern. Our reports describe public files as the publishing agency issued them on the day we pulled them, and we date every pull because agencies revise their files. Charts, tables and CSV from our report pages may be republished with attribution. Both are offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. Nothing on this site is safety, engineering, medical, tax or legal advice.

Marks

Names and marks of equipment makers and other companies, on our pages or in our mail, belong to those owners and are used only to name the document or the market we are referring to. Using them does not mean that owner endorses us, employs us or works with us.

Governing law
